Hi! I’m Diana Jean Gomez — an operations leader and customer success strategist with 15+ years of experience in BPO, SaaS, and remote-first teams. I’m passionate about building high-performing support teams, streamlining operations, and creating data-driven workflows that drive impact.

Currently, I’m pursuing a Continuing Education course in Digital Marketing at the University of the Philippines Open University to sharpen my skills. One day, I dream of building my own agency that helps businesses scale through strategic support and marketing.
